Testing Autodiscovery Connectivity for Exchange

08:38
Autodiscovery for Exchange automatically configures Exchange client's profiles to connect to your Exchange environment. Microsoft provides a nice website to test this connectivity. Using Exchange autodiscovery makes life easy for users, and administrators, when setting up email access from outside of your corporate network. There are a lot of moving parts, but Microsoft has provided a nice website to help you identify any potential errors in the configuration. In this video, Senior Technical Instructor Doug Bassett demonstrates the website and explains the results. This is an example of the real-world, online HD certification training done at StormWind.com. If you have any questions, feel free to email our Senior Technical Instructor Doug Bassett at [email protected] We look forward to seeing you in class soon. StormWind.com

Outlook 2016 setup for Exchange 2019 mailboxes (Fasthosts customers)

05:02
This video will show you how to setup your Microsoft Exchange 2019 mailbox in Outlook 2016. Please note that this video is intended for Fasthosts customers. If you are not a Fasthosts customer you will need to get any relevant settings from your current provider, although the actual setup process will be very similar for everyone if you use autodiscover. The configuration on Outlook 2019 requires Autodiscover DNS records to be created. If you are using Fasthosts nameservers, this record is created automatically. If you are using a 3rd party to manage your domain name, then you will need to create this record manually. Your required autodiscover record will depend on whether other types of Exchange mailboxes exist on your domain. Our guide on autodiscover records for Exchange 2019 mailboxes will show you what record you need to set up with your external provider: https://help.fasthosts.co.uk/app/answers/detail/a_id/3207

Outlook AutoDiscover to connect to Exchange Server 2010 Part 80

05:49
In This Video in Hindi Jagvinder Thind shows how to use autodiscover in Outlook Exchange 2010. Autodiscover service automatically configures user profile settings for clients running Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010, as well as supported mobile phones. The Client Access server role is one of five server roles in Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. The Client Access server role accepts connections to your Exchange 2010 server from different clients. Software clients such as Microsoft Outlook Express and Eudora use POP3 or IMAP4 connections to communicate with the Exchange server. Hardware clients, such as mobile phones, use ActiveSync, POP3, or IMAP4 to communicate with the Exchange server. You must install the Client Access server role in every Exchange organization and every Active Directory site that has the Mailbox server role installed. The Client Access server role also provides access to free/busy data by using the Availability service and enables certain clients to download automatic configuration settings from the Autodiscover service.

What is Autodiscover Exchange 2010 in Hindi - Part 79

01:45
Autodiscover Exchange 2010 in Hindi Jagvinder Thind explains What is Autodiscover in Exchange 2010.
