Richest Country Comparison (All 188 Countries Ranking)

05:54
An animated comparison of the richest country in the world. All 188 countries ranked according to their National Wealth - how rich are they, and if all their money were to convert to gold, how big will the amount of gold they have relative to the size of a human. Also featuring World's richest person Jeff Bezos who is richer than over 100 countries, and Apple, the richest company, which market capitalization is richer than over 150 countries! Source: Credit Suisse (Global Wealth Data Book 2017) Note: 1) Figures listed refers to National Wealth and NOT GDP!!! National Wealth refers to the cumulative sum of every adult marketable value of financial assets plus non-financial assets (principally housing and land) less debts. 2) All 195 United Nation countries included except for Cape Verde, Nauru, Palestine, St Kitts and Nevis, South Sudan, Tuvalu and Vatican City due to lack of available data. 3) Solid Gold Cube refers to a theoretical 1m by 1m by 1m 100% Gold Cube purchased at the current market price. It does not represent Gold Reserves but rather how much gold can be bought if all national wealth/financial assets were converted into gold. Top 10 Highest Oil Producing Countries in the World 2017

04:06
Top 10 Oil Producing Countries in the World 2017 This is a list of countries by oil production, as compiled from the U.S. Energy Information Administration database for calendar year 2016, tabulating all countries on a comparable best-estimate basis. Compared with shorter-term data, the full-year figures are less prone to distortion from periodic maintenance shutdowns and other seasonal cycles. The volumes in the table represent crude oil and lease condensate, the hydrocarbon liquids collected at or near the wellhead. The volumes in the table do not include biofuel. They also do not include the increase in liquid volumes during oil refining ("refinery gain"), or liquids separated from natural gas in gas processing plants (natural gas liquids).[1] Under this definition, total world oil production in 2016 averaged 80,622,000 barrels per day. Approximately 68% came from the top ten countries, and an overlapping 44% came from the fourteen current OPEC members, highlighted with blue shading in the table below. For many years, the top three producers have been (alphabetically) Russia, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. Each of these countries experienced major production declines at different times in the past, but since 2014 all three have been producing near their peak rates of 9 to 11 million barrels per day. 1 Russia 10,551,497 2 Saudi Arabia (OPEC) 10,460,710 3 United States 8,875,817 4 Iraq (OPEC) 4,451,516 5 Iran (OPEC) 3,990,956 6 China 3,980,650 7 Canada 3,662,694 8 United Arab Emirates (OPEC) 3,106,077 9 Kuwait (OPEC) 2,923,825 10 Brazil 2,515,459 I hope you will like video, if you do hit that Like button and dont forget to Comment and Subscribe. Why Some Countries Are Poor and Others Rich

While these factors are only a drop in the ocean regarding what makes a country economically successful, the poorest countries in the world get these factors all wrong. While the availability of natural resources is the foundation of an economically robust country, utilising the resources well is a whole other aspect. This is not civic education 101, so we will get straight to the point and list the countries yet to realise self-actualisation. Here are the top 10 poorest countries in the world as of 2018. 10. List Of ALL Caribbean Countries From Poorest To Richest| 2018 - 2019

07:06
23 Richest Caribbean Countries Remake, 2018 - 2019 The Caribbean Sea, its islands, and the surrounding coasts on continental mainland together represent the Caribbean region. The richest economies in this region are as follows: The Bahamas The Bahamas is an archipelagic country made up of over 700 islands, islets, and cays. It is located to the north of Cuba in the Atlantic Ocean. The country has an estimated population of 391,232 people. It is the richest country in the Caribbean region by GDP per capita. The economy of the country relies heavily on the tourism industry. The sector accounts for over 60% of the national GDP and employs nearly 50% of the national workforce. Banking and other financial services are the second biggest contributor to the Bahamian economy, accounting for about 15% of the GDP. Agriculture accounts for about 5 to 7% of the national GDP. Major crops grown in the country include onions, tomatoes, sugar cane, sweet potatoes, okra, and a few others. Barbados The island nation of Barbados is the world’s 53rd richest and the Caribbean’s second richest country in terms of GDP per capita. The country’s economy can be described as a well-developed mixed type economy. The people of this country enjoy fairly high standards of living. Although historically, agriculture was the mainstay of the economy of Barbados, the focus has currently shifted to tourism and manufacturing. The information and finance services also contribute significantly to the national economy. The building construction industry is also thriving in Barbados. The country has the Caribbean’s largest stock exchange. Belize Belize is a Central American country with a coastline on the Caribbean Sea. The economy of the nation is small but thriving. It is mainly a private enterprise economy. The country relies heavily on the export revenue earned by the export of petroleum and oil, and agricultural products. The construction business and tourism sector are the fastest growing industries in the country. Industrial mineral production in the country is also an important economic activity. Sugar cane and banana are the chief crops grown in Belize. The government of the country is focussing on developing the tourism sector in the country. Due to the coastal location of the country and the facility provided to non-residents to establish accounts in the country, drug trafficking and money laundering cases are common. Such activities have a negative impact on Belize’s economy. Costa Rica Located in Central America, Costa Rica is the Caribbean region's fourth richest economy by GDP per capita. The economy of the country can be described as fairly stable with moderate rates of inflation and a fairly high rate of GDP growth. The encouraging investment and tax policies of the country favor foreign investment in the region. Many foreign companies thus operate here of which nearly 50% are American companies. As of 2016, 75.9% of the national GDP is contributed by the services sector. The industrial and the agricultural sector contribute about 18.6% and 5.5% to the national GDP of Costa Rica. Colombia Colombia is the fifth most prosperous economy in the Caribbean region. Although the economy was highly dependent on agriculture in the past, rapid urbanization in the 20th century shifted the focus from agriculture to other economic sectors. Today, agriculture accounts for only about 6.6% of the Colombian GDP while industry and services account for 19.6% and 64.6% of the national GDP, respectively. The country is rich in natural resources with its most profitable exports being minerals, oils, agricultural products, sugar, precious stones, etc. The Richest Caribbean Countries -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "Angel Fish Catch And Cooked With Curry Lobster And Kasava| Treasure Beach Jamaica" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bchlr8jmZZA -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

Top 33 World's Largest Copper Producing Countries

07:33
Copper is one of the most used metal by man; it is an essential element for building construction, power generation and transmission, electronic product manufacturing, and the production of industrial machinery and transportation vehicles. There is no evidence that copper even can be absorbed through the skin. But if it were, this could actually lead to copper poisoning, which may actually be more likely than beneficial effects, that is why it is also s vital to the health of all living things (humans, plants, animals, and microorganisms). In humans, copper is essential to the proper functioning of organs and metabolic processes. The human body has complex homeostatic mechanisms which attempt to ensure a constant supply of available copper, while eliminating excess copper whenever this occurs. Unfortunately there is also a downside to the production of copper in many Third World countries where you find a widespread of fraud, negligence and abuse. Global Witness has documented that government officials in many of the world's most impoverished countries turn a blind eye on harsh labor conditions in the artisanal mines, the complete absence of safety precautions and the failure of both the government and companies to take responsibility for the health and safety of tens of thousands of artisanal miners. In many developing countries, such as the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Republic of the Congo and some other Third and Second World countries minors you will usually find that governments of those countries do not place any value to the safety precautions of their safety precautions, this leads to huge risks of accidents and deaths in the mines and very often nothing gets investigated. Yes, the big influx of foreign firms or multinationals pouring into those countries presents opportunities for the political elite to enrich themselves. leaving their citizens in misery, but it is the mentality that needs to change, it is the paradigm of those societies that need to change; progress comes with a price. In much of the very impoverished countries there is a growing amount of resentment because the vast profits resulting from copper and any other metal flow out of their countries without them seeing any change in their financial situation. That is why natural resources can be a blessing and a curse to a developing country. Governments in those countries do not believe that universal rights are values that their societies can implement, unconsciously they are not interested in adopting any form of human rights. Top 10 Richest Countries in the World 2016

10. Saudi Arabia Per capita income: $56,000 Saudi Arabia has an oil-based economy with solid government control over major economic activities. Oil represents almost all of Saudi revenue and export earnings. Saudi Arabia is the world’s leading oil exporter and second-largest producer. Out of a population of 28 million, eight million are foreign expatriates. Saudis may lose their place among the top 10 wealthiest countries soon, as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) predicted in October that the kingdom may run out of the financial assets needed to support spending within five years, if the oil price stays at its current weak levels. 9. Switzerland Per capita income: $56,000 The producer of chocolate bars and luxury watches is one of the world’s richest economies. Its policy of long-term monetary security and political stability has helped it remain the biggest center for global offshore wealth. 8. United States of America Per capita income: $57,000 The United States is the world’s largest economy with gross domestic product (GDP) estimated at $17.914 trillion as of mid-2015. The U.S. is currently the world’s largest producer of oil and natural gas. It is one of the largest trading nations in the world, as well as the world’s second-largest manufacturer. It hosts the New York Stock Exchange, the world’s largest stock exchange by market capitalization. 7. United Arab Emirates Per capita income: $68,000 The United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) economy is the second-largest in the Arab world after Saudi Arabia, with a GDP of $570 billion in 2014. It is extremely reliant on oil, with more than 85% of its economy based on the oil exports. 6. Norway Per capita income: $68,000 Norway has the world’s largest sovereign wealth fund. Much of Norway’s economic growth has been fueled by an abundance of natural resources, including petroleum exploration and production, hydroelectric power, and fisheries. With a population of more than five million, the country has a very high standard of living, compared with other European countries, and a strongly integrated welfare system. 5. Kuwait Per capita income: $72,000 Kuwait has nearly 10% of the world’s oil reserves and it is the fourth-biggest producer in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). Oil accounts for nearly half of GDP and 95% of export revenues and government income. The Kuwaiti currency is the highest-valued currency unit in the world. One Kuwaiti dinar buys US$3.28. This Persian Gulf state has a population of 3.3 million, with Kuwaitis accounting for only 30% and the rest being expatriates. 4. Brunei Per capita income: $80,000 Oil revenue accounts for more than half of the GDP of this tiny, wealthy country. Substantial income from overseas investment, as well as income from domestic production, help boost the economy. Brunei is the third-largest oil producer in Southeast Asia. It is also the fourth-largest producer of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the world. Brunei’s population is estimated at 418,000. 3. Singapore Per capita income: $85,000 The world’s only sovereign island city-state is noted for its pragmatic and incorrupt governance, which together with its rapid development policies, is widely cited as the “Singapore model.” The nation’s highly developed trade-oriented market economy has been ranked as the most open in the world and the most pro-business with low tax rates. Singapore is also a major Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) outflow financier in the world. With a population estimated at 5.3 million, Singapore is the second-densest sovereign state in the world, after the microstate Monaco. 2. Luxembourg Per capita income: $94,000 Luxembourg, which is the second-smallest state in the European Union, enjoys a degree of economic prosperity very rare among industrialized democracies. It is seen as a diversified industrialized nation, largely depending on the banking, steel, and industrial sectors. With a population of a little more than 500,000, Luxembourg is ranked the eighth least-populous country in Europe. 1. Qatar Per capita income: $146,000 When it comes to the 2015 richest country, Qatar wins by a landslide. The oil boom was the major monetary source of this southwest Asian state, which is ranked as the world’s largest exporter of LNG. Petroleum and liquefied natural gas are the cornerstones of the nation’s economy and represent more than 70% of its total revenue, more than 60% of GDP. Qatari nationals account for a mere 12% of the total population of 2.2 million. Before the emergence of its petrol-based industry, Qatar was a poor pearl fishing country. Today, Qatar is a significant power in the Arab world. Top 10 World’s Largest Oil Reserves By Country oil production oil consumation Rank Country Barrels (bbl) 1 Venezuela 2 Saudi Arabia 3 Canada 4 Iran 5 Iraq 6 Kuwai 7 UAE 8 Russia 9 Libya 10 United states Proven reserves are those quantities of petroleum which, by analysis of geological and engineering data, can be estimated, with a high degree of confidence, to be commercially recoverable from a given date forward from known reservoirs and under current economic conditions. Some statistics on this page are disputed and controversial. Different sources (OPEC, CIA World Factbook, oil companies) give different figures. Some of the differences reflect different types of oil included. Different estimates may or may not include oil shale, mined oil sands or natural gas liquids. Because proven reserves include oil recoverable under current economic conditions, nations may see large increases in proven reserves when known, but previously uneconomic deposits become economic to develop. In this way, Canada's proven reserves increased suddenly in 2003 when the oil sands of Alberta were seen to be economically viable. Similarly, Venezuela's proven reserves jumped in the late 2000s when the heavy oil of the Orinoco was judged economic. Most Eco-Friendly Cities in the World (Part 1)

03:33
Most 10 Eco-Friendly Cities - Top 10 List Many countries and city governments have been taking action in order to clean up the messes of the past. Ecology has become one of the major philosophies in all societies, as we, as a people, have a goal to leave the Earth for our descendants in a better state than when we found it. If we can follow the example set by these Top 10 Eco-Friendly Cities of the world, we’ll be well on our way to sustaining Earth for many more generations to come. https://www.facebook.com/toptruths/ https://www.toptruths.com https://www.advexon.tv LIKE / SHARE / SUBSCRIBE 10. Oslo, Norway Eco-efficiency is important in this city, and it begins with grass-roots involvement. Oslo residents are encouraged to clean up, go green, and create a climate that features better air quality, eco-efficiency, biodiversity, and an abundance of clean, natural resources. The streets of Oslo look fantastic, due to local contributions being made to keep the area sustainable and highly-functioning for all of its residents. 9. Stockholm, Sweden Stockholm is among the cleanest cities in the world. It was the first city to win the European Green Capital Award, and it has a noble long-term plan to be fossil fuel free by 2050. The riverside city is stunning and features lots of natural landscape, such as beautiful trees navigated by cycling paths. Environmental policies are prioritised in Stockholm, and as such, the streets are clean and the urban city has a country-like feel to it, despite having tall buildings and a large number of residences. 8. Columbia, Missouri, United States Investing the time to become an eco-friendly city certainly has its benefits, such as energy reduction which in turn lowers costs and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. In Columbia, Missouri, businesses are incentivised to improve their energy efficiency though a city-wide grant system. Columbia’s City Green program determines how much energy a particular business uses, and then offers to pay for half the cost of an energy audit. Once the audit is completed, the city will pay for repairs up to $12,500. To keep the city looking great, Columbia has a number of green groups, which are coalitions of like-minded people who collaborate to achieve common environmental goals. These groups clean rivers, restore animal habitats, and promote beautification, restoration, and citywide recycling. 7. Vancouver, Canada Vancouver’s most notable performance is in the area of CO2 emissions. In The Green City Index, Vancouver boasts the lowest greenhouse gas emissions per capita of any city. Additionally, the city’s ecological goals include reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 20 percent and planting 150,000 new trees by 2020, making it one of the greenest cities on the map both literally and figuratively speaking. 6. Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban, South Africa These three towns in Africa all share a spot on the greenest cities list. It is very hard to pick just one city since all these three are very strong in different categories. For example, Cape Town and Johannesburg is said to have most green spaces in the whole continent. While Durban managed to take a lead because of its target to become a zero-waste city within 20 years and carbon neutral by 2050. 5. San Francisco, United States San Francisco used to be a capital city of the Hippy movement, but it would be wrong to say that this is the only reason this city is one of the greenest around the globe and the most ecological in North America. This city was the first in the United States to introduce the coloured bins recycling system to homes and workplaces, making recycling easy and accessible, and more importantly — legally obligatory. The fantastic public transport system and government’s encouragement for people to use more electric cars also helped San Francisco to be one of the eco-friendliest cities in the world. Top Ten Lists of Poor Countries In The World 2017

03:23
The ranking was published in February 2017 and based on data from the International Monetary Fund. The magazine ranked the world's countries according to their gross domestic product (GDP) based on purchasing power parity (PPP) per capita. The PPP takes into account the relative cost of living and the inflation rates of the countries to compare living standards among the different nations. Most of the countries populating the top of this ranking are under authoritarian regimes where corruption is rampant. This a big deterrent to foreign investors, even if some of those countries have huge amounts of natural resources. The GDP per capita listed represents the amount of wealth produced in 2016 and is expressed in international dollars. FOLLOW...!!! Its primary focus is upon maintaining the health of the natural world, its fisheries, habitats, and biological diversity. Secondary focus is on materials conservation and energy conservation, which are seen as important to protect the natural world. Those who follow the conservation ethic and, especially, those who advocate or work toward conservation goals are termed conservationists... Introduction To conserve habitat in terrestrial ecoregions and stop deforestation is a goal widely shared by many groups with a wide variety of motivations. To protect sea life from extinction due to overfishing is another commonly stated goal of conservation — ensuring that "some will be available for our children" to continue a way of life. The consumer conservation ethic is sometimes expressed by the four R's: " Rethink, Reduce, Recycle, Repair" This social ethic primarily relates to local purchasing, moral purchasing, the sustained, and efficient use of renewable resources, the moderation of destructive use of finite resources, and the prevention of harm to common resources such as air and water quality, the natural functions of a living earth, and cultural values in a built environment. The principal value underlying most expressions of the conservation ethic is that the natural world has intrinsic and intangible worth along with utilitarian value — a view carried forward by the scientific conservation movement and some of the older Romantic schools of ecology movement. More Utilitarian schools of conservation seek a proper valuation of local and global impacts of human activity upon nature in their effect upon human well being, now and to our posterity. How such values are assessed and exchanged among people determines the social, political, and personal restraints and imperatives by which conservation is practiced. This is a view common in the modern environmental movement. These movements have diverged but they have deep and common roots in the conservation movement. In the United States of America, the year 1864 saw the publication of two books which laid the foundation for Romantic and Utilitarian conservation traditions in America. The posthumous publication of Henry David Thoreau's Walden established the grandeur of unspoiled nature as a citadel to nourish the spirit of man. From George Perkins Marsh a very different book, Man and Nature, later subtitled "The Earth as Modified by Human Action", catalogued his observations of man exhausting and altering the land from which his sustenance derives. Practice Distinct trends exist regarding conservation development. While many countries' efforts to preserve species and their habitats have been government-led, those in the North Western Europe tended to arise out of the middle-class and aristocratic interest in natural history, expressed at the level of the individual and the national, regional or local learned society. Thus countries like Britain, the Netherlands, Germany, etc. had what we would today term NGOs — in the shape of the RSPB, National Trust and County Naturalists' Trusts (dating back to 1889, 1895 and 1912 respectively) Natuurmonumenten, Provincial conservation Trusts for each Dutch province, Vogelbescherming, etc. — a long time before there were National Parks and National Nature Reserves...
