This free energy new technology is only first one in the world international. The driving power rotor required only starting by manually or starting motor. When the started rotor that self driving and self generation of electricity power. This system can be cover of power plant, Vehicles power, Motor bike, Electro Bike, Water pump or home power too.

Resources and Capabilities

04:47
A company’s business model and strategy must be well matched to its collection of resources and capabilities. A resource is a competitive asset that is owned or controlled by a company. A capability is the capacity of a company to competently perform some internal activity. Capabilities are developed and enabled through the deployment of a company’s resources. What is most telling about a company’s aggregation of resources and capabilities is how powerful they are in the marketplace. The competitive power of a resource or capability is measured by how many of four tests for sustainable competitive advantage it can pass. The tests are often referred to as the VRIN tests for sustainable competitive advantage - an acronym for valuable, rare, inimitable, and nonsubstitutable. The first two tests determine whether the resource or capability may contribute to a competitive advantage. The last two determine the degree to which the competitive advantage potential can be sustained. Resources and capabilities must be continually strengthened and nurtured to sustain their competitive power and, at times, may need to be broadened and deepened to allow the company to position itself to pursue emerging market opportunities. A dynamic capability is the ability to modify, deepen, or reconfigure the company’s existing resources and capabilities in response to its changing environment or market opportunities.

How much power does Saudi Arabia wield over global economy? | Counting the Cost

24:52
Up until Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi's killing on October 2, the Saudis were on a charm offensive - building brand new megacities, investing in tech start-ups and letting women drive. The world's biggest oil exporter did everything it could to convince the world it was serious about change, and investor confidence was growing. This plan for the future was the brainchild of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman who was feted as a reformer. But then Khashoggi was killed and now Saudi Arabia and its crown prince are facing international scrutiny. At an investment conference this week the crown prince rejected any idea his economic ambitions would be curtailed. But as things stand Saudi Arabia's greatest strength, oil, is also its greatest weakness. So, how seriously should the world take Saudi threats to curtail oil output and how much influence does it really have over the global economy? Saudi oil is "actually quite important, particularly in the short-run," according to Chris Garcia, CEO of Vicar Financial and former deputy director of the US Department of Commerce under US President Donald Trump. "This is why when we look at some of the potential retaliation tactics that the Saudis have threatened, we have to take them seriously." "The Saudis have significant assets. They hold probably the third-most natural resources with about $35 trillion worth of natural resources within their territory." "It's the short-run repercussions of the Saudis cutting [oil] output that would send shockwaves throughout the global economy, but I would say that's leverage that would diminish in the long run unless they diversify as the world continues to diversify itself from its energy resources," explains Garcia. Saudi and Silicon Valley From Riyadh to San Francisco, oil money from Saudi Arabia is being channelled into US-based tech start-ups, known as venture capital. From Saudi's point of view, these kinds of investments can hedge against a potential decline in the demand for oil in the future. That's because the start-ups are tipped as having long-term growth potential. Saudi's sovereign wealth fund is called the Public Investment Fund, which traditionally had a strategy of low-risk investments. But everything changed in 2016 when the kingdom's sovereign wealth fund invested $3.5bn in Uber, making it the largest single investment ever made in a privately-held company at the time. Since then, the kingdom became the largest investor in the $93bn SoftBank Vision Fund, which is the biggest fund ever raised in Silicon Valley. Led by Masayoshi Son, Japan-based Softbank has changed the landscape of venture capital according to some reports. Rival venture capital firms worry SoftBank could be pushing up valuations and pushing them out of the market But since Khashoggi's killing, questions about morals and ethics are being raised. As such, Saudi money could be viewed as a liability by start-ups and their customers. "Even as tech companies recoil from the Saudis on ethical grounds, it will be difficult, if not financially impossible, to unravel their Saudi ties," reports Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds. "A complex tangle of contracts, stock preferences and legal obligations tie companies' hands in such matters. Silicon Valley corporations face a dilemma: choosing between an ethical response to a shocking crime, and the abundant funding that makes the tech industry flourish." So, how much damage has the Khashoggi affair done to the attractiveness of Saudi money in the tech world? "It's difficult to say at the moment but the likelihood is it's going to have some notable impact on companies that will accept the Vision Fund money and other seeders and whether they'll continue to stay in the Vision Fund," explains Amir Anvarzadeh, from Asymmetric Advisors. As far as Saudi's contribution to the Vision Fund, "It's a big contributor, it's not so easy to find alternatives if they pull out - but I don't think Saudis will pull out. It's in their benefit to stay in it ... the Saudi government wants the Vision Fund to succeed." Deal or no deal? The Future Investment Initiative conference, which took place in Riyadh this week, was intended to show off Saudi Arabia's investment plans. A number of business and government figures pulled out of the conference amid global outrage over Khashoggi's death. But there were plenty of others who did attend. There were government delegations from China, Russia and African and Middle Eastern countries. The conference is bin Salman's brainchild, created to draw investment and diversification into an oil-dependent economy that needs to find new ways to provide millions of jobs and it's those opportunities that attendees couldn't ignore. - Subscribe to our channel: http://aje.io/AJSubscribe - Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/AJEnglish - Find us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/aljazeera - Check our website: https://www.aljazeera.com/

Peak Resources - RE Refinery location - Uk Tees Valley Wilton International - Drone footage

02:14
PEAK RESOURCES - THE RARE EARTH REFINERY Tees Valley an exceptional versatility, adaptability and top class “plug and play” location providing the perfect infrastructure for a top class rare earth refinery To better position Peak in the market, a strategic decision has been made to establish a rare earth refinery at a location with access to global shipping, cheap and reliable bulk reagent supplies (particularly hydrochloric acid and caustic soda), a skilled labour force, readily available power, water and environmentally sustainable options to dispose of tailings materials. Wilton International Site (“Wilton”) in Tees Valley, 5th largest UK port by volume with an annual cargo volume of 40 million tonnes, near the town of Middlesbrough in the United Kingdom (UK) is a large scale industrial park offering a “plug and play” option with existing access to reliable competitively priced power, utilities and services. Wilton is also located within 3km of the Teesport, a deep water port where the rare earth mineral concentrate will be shipped, and close to a number of facilities that are capable of managing the tailings from the process. Peak Resources’ in-house technical expertise has allowed the Company to develop a competitive, custom made chemical route that delivers the most cost effective method of extracting the high value elements Neodymium and Praseodymium. Peak Resources is one of the few market players outside of China who plan to be fully vertically integrated! The Company is targeting to produce and market the following 4 products: -A high purity 2N neodymium + praseodymium oxide (99.9%) product of approx. 2,810 tonnes per year (tpa) -A combined mid+heavy rare earth carbonate of approx. 625 tpa per year(equivalent to 330 tpa of contained REO ) -A separated lanthanum rare earth carbonate of approx. 7,995 tpa (equivalent to 4,230 tpa of contained REO ) -A separated cerium rare earth carbonate of approx. 3,475 tpa (equivalent to 1,920 tpa of contained REO ) Furthermore, The Company has the support of the UK government through the Department for International Trade which includes UK Export Finance as well as locally from the Tees Valley Combined Authority. The Wilton site is also located within an Enterprise Zone with Enhanced Capital Allowance status. Companies located at this site can apply to receive a first year capital allowance of 100% on qualifying plant and machinery currently set to a maximum of 125 million Euros. The corporate tax rate is currently set at 20% and is expected to reduce to 18% from 1 April 2020. The planned capital expenditure for the refinery according to the BFS – update results approx. US $165 million including 15% contingency and 5% owners costs and we anticipate an annual operational expenditure of US $40 million. For further information regarding the future location of our refinery please visit http://www.wiltoninternational.com

The Problem of Power in Space. NASA's New Kilopower Reactor

13:15
Space is the worst. It’s got hostile radiation, a total lack of atmosphere, near absolute zero temperatures, problematic gravity wells, and worse. In order to keep your spacecraft alive in that environment, you need electricity to keep it warm. Not to mention all the power to run scientific instruments and the transmitters to send that data home. Getting enough power in space is a big problem. Webinar: An International Collaboration to Advance the Use of Solar Resource Information

01:31:43
Since the 1990’s an international group of solar resource experts has been undertaking collaborative research and developing methodologies and guidebooks to improve the understanding and prediction of solar resources for all solar energy applications. Traditionally this collaborative work has occured under the auspices of the International Energy Agency’s Solar Heating and Cooling Programme, and culminated in the production of the "Best Practices handbook for the Collection and Use of Solar Resource Data for Solar Energy Applications: Second Edition”, published in December 2017 by the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory. This collaborative work now continues under the IEA’s Photovoltaic Power System (PVPS) Technology Cooperation Program as Task 16: “Solar Resource for High Penetration and Large Scale Applications”. This webinar will provide an overview of the scope of work being conducted under Task 16, with presentations from representatives of each of the four Task 16 Subtasks: 1) Evaluation of Current and Emerging Solar Resource Assessment Methodologies; 2) Enhanced Data and Bankable Products; 3) Evaluation of Current and Emerging Solar Forecast Techniques; and 4) Dissemination and Outreach. SNIS Project "Negotiating Climate Change"

02:37
The project "Negotiating Climate Change" investigates the power resources and the choice of bargaining strategies by member states in the current UNFCCC negotiations leading to the Post-Kyoto agreement in Copenhaguen. A systematic collection of negotiation positions and interviews on the choice of negotiation strategies with negotiation observers will shed light on questions whether external power resources such as economic size can be compensated by the use of strategies. The determining factors explaining choice of positions and strategies will be investigated in a second step. Our analysis will contribute to ongoing research on power resources and strategies in international institutions. Given the strong salience of climate change for many developing countries, we aim at deriving the determinants of successful negotiation strategies for these countries. While they are traditionally looked at as weaker players given that their power resources are limited, climate change negotiations provide evidence for a number of exceptions to this rule. http://snis.ch/call-proposals-2009_233_michaelowa

Tekkit 1.2.9 - Space Station Renewable & Infinite Power + Resources

17:37
This is a video to show possible ways to provide reliable and renewable power sources for space stations with the Technic Tekkit 1.2.9 (with Galacticraft). A further two videos are on their way with tutorials on how to actually make the tree farm and the nuclear power sides of the space station shown here. Also, random TARDIS build - I couldn't resist being daft with it. The website used to produce the biodome structures was: http://www.plotz.co.uk/ Another website that allows you to create shapes and your own designs is: http://www.mineconics.net/ Please comment, rate and if you like the video please think of subscribing :) I hope many awesome builds are helped with this :) Finally, the theme tune used in this clip was less than 30 seconds long and used for the purposes of parody and entertainment, and I believe this makes it legal under Fair Use policies.

At WWF Fuller Symposium, Camilla Toulmin, Director of the International Institute for Environment and Development talk "David and Goliath? Global forces vs. local interests" discusses the global forces that affect local communities and their ability to control their natural resources. WWF's Fuller Symposium convenes thought leaders in science, policy, business, conservation and development to tackle emerging issues facing our planet and advance science-based approaches to protect the future of nature. The 2013 Symposium explored how local and indigenous communities can empower themselves by managing their own natural resources—and in turn become a global force for conservation http://www.worldwildlife.org/fuller
