Perpetuity Calculation in 6 Minutes: Present Value of a Perpetuity Formula

06:34
Clicked here http://www.MBAbullshit.com/ and OMG wow! I'm SHOCKED how easy! No wonder others goin crazy sharing this??? Share it with your other friends too! To start with, what is the conventional definition of "perpetuity?" It just means "for ever and ever." Thus in finance, what do human beings mean by this unique duplicate principle? Suppose I bestowed upon you a piece of paper or certificate, and that paper guaranteed that I would definitely pay you a determined amount each year, perpetually. That piece of paper is termed a "perpetuity." Straightforward! In what way is it distinctive from a promissory note? It isn't. We may well mention it's a special kind of promissory note which generally functions evermore, with continual payments every year (or similar time period). Currently the query is... if I made an effort to sell you this unique piece of paper, how much should you be prepared to pay for it? If I suggested... buy this piece of paper for only $100, and I am going to administer you $2 for the rest of your life, evermore. Would you obtain it? It seems just like a great treaty, right? In fact, you absolutely pay once, and after that you will definitely obtain hard earned money produced by me endlessly! However think about this yet another way also... For instance the bank's interest is 5% per annum. If you placed the very same $100 in the bank and held it there perpetually, simply how much could you take every year, evermore? You will definitely get $5 every twelve months! ($5 is 5% of $100). Greatly in excess of the $2 every twelve months you could take from me if you purchase my piece of paper for $100! For that reason, are you still eager to pay me $100 to get $2 anually perpetually? Or, should you prefer to utilize the same $100 to deposit in the bank, and get a significantly higher $5 every twelve months instead? Obviously, you can expect to prefer to put your personal hard earned cash in the bank! Having said that, you could possibly continue to be willing to buy my piece of paper or perpetuity if I decrease the selling price. Just how much should I drop it to allow it to become worth your hard earned cash? Obviously, we cannot plainly use our feelings to suppose the perfect price. So just how do we realize the particular amount? To get this, we utilize the Present Value of a Perpetuity Formula. With this, you can see that the "fair value" in this instance is $40. The fastest formula, which assumes consistent once a year cash flows, looks like this: = (Yearly Cashflow)/(bank interest rate every year) *Fair value = $40 signifies that if you spend more than that, you're really acquiring a sour trade... you may be in a more advantageous predicament putting your hard earned money in the bank. What is the wisdom behind this "fair value"? We return to the IRR theory. At the fair value of $40, the IRR of our perpetuity is precisely identical as the interest rate of your bank deposit. Gist: $40 earning $2/year will have an IRR of 5%. A bank deposit of $100 earning $5 per year will also have an IRR of 5%; for that reason making the returns exactly the same or fair. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dtc_tOc3HcU

10 Mistakes Lots of People Make When Buying a New Car

07:49
According to statistics, most drivers change their car once every six years, which is a pretty long period of time. To take the best out of your car in those six years, to save money and to avoid constant repairing, you’d better avoid ten mistakes many of us make when buying a car. One day you’ll probably decide to sell your car. That’s why you have to consider some important features. According to Paint supplier PPG Industries, white is the most popular car color in the US with 35 percent of all sold vehicles. It is followed by black with 17 percent, and silver and gray that both got a 12 percent popularity. In case you want to purchase some good old German luxury brands such as BMW or Mercedes-Benz, you have to be prepared to pay around $17,800 and $12,900 for ten years of maintenance accordingly. US popular brand Cadillac comes next with an average $12,500 maintenance cost for the same period of time. Additional airbags, a passenger sensing system that can tell the size of the person in the seat and save smaller children in case of a crash, auto-dimming mirrors to reduce the glare coming from headlights at night, head restraints and ABS are some of the things you don’t want to save money at. Make a check-list of features you need to check and think of where you’ll be driving your new vehicle. Try driving on the highway and park in uncomfortable conditions if that’s what you know you’ll have to do in the future. Examine everything to help yourself make the right decision. Don’t be afraid to miss “the deal of a lifetime.” You must have noticed those come up now and then, so you shouldn’t let them pressure you into making a wrong financial decision that will affect your budget for years. Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS You don’t think about resale value. 0:32 Car maintenance can be expensive. 1:46 You pay for optional items. 2:50 You buy a brand new car. 3:33 You buy a car that is too big or too small. 4:03 You can’t choose between car’s prestige and technical characteristics. 4:34 You don’t examine the car. 5:19 You miss advantageous offers and discounts. 6:08 You don’t try to lower the price. 6:30 You’re in a hurry. 6:51 SUMMARY -First, the car brand matters: there are brands that are more or less popular among drivers. Second, you need to think about the vehicle specifications and the engine. Third, don’t forget about its color. -Think of how much of your family budget car maintenance can make, and decide if you want to spend that much on your vehicle after you’ve purchased it. -Some drivers don’t smoke inside their cars. In this case, they don’t need an ashtray. An additional corrosion treatment is useless as well because cars already have an anti-corrosion treatment. -The best choice is a car model that is no more than three years old and already well-known. -Try to predict how many times you’re going to travel by car, how many passengers will be there, and so on. -A premium class car will give you better safety, high performance and increased comfort their manufacturers guarantee. -Gather as much information as possible at reliable websites and among your friends, consult an independent specialist, and test drive your chosen car. -The best time to buy a car starts in December and reaches its peak in March. -Try to call or send emails to different dealerships saying you have a better offer and asking if they can beat it. -Spend enough time to gather information, consulting specialists, and weighing the pros and cons. YT9913 Use this code to get a FREE COIN when you visit our Tampa store. Details here https://goo.gl/PYpdy4 We do NO business over the Internet. A video about 'Old Paper Money' from the guys at A Village Stamp & Coin in Tampa. Visit this rare coin store at http://buysellgoldsilvercoins.com You can come to A Village Stamp & Coin to sell your paper money. We buy all kinds of paper money, from the lowest grade to the highest grade stuff. What I'd like to tell you, and show you is what we buy in stuff like this. You see a lot of it. This is in my three-for-a-dollar bucket. Alright? And people love to dig in here and just take little souvenirs home. Now understand, when you come in with this kind of stuff, you're not going to make much money on this. This is really cheap. I mean really cheap. You know it's pennies is what we pay for stuff like this. Let me show you something a little bit better than that. Right here we have, everything in this case is a dollar. These are notes that are a little bit better. Stuff, that you know, here's an old German note from World War One. Here's some old Cuban money. There's all kinds of stuff in here from all kinds of countries. We sell these notes for a dollar apiece. And you can come in and pick through here, pick whatever you like. Now, on to a little better stuff than that. What you've been seeing is all world paper money. In this case over here, I have hundreds of notes that we buy. And these notes I buy anywhere from a quarter to fifty, sixty, eighty, hundreds of dollars. It depends on the note. I also have back here some paper money in books, that you can look through. And this is all our 'world' paper money. As you can see, there is quite a variety and quite a selection of it. Now, if you'll just look right up here, in our terrafold, this is all U.S. Small sized paper money and so on. We buy this. It runs anywhere from a dollar and a quarter a note that I would pay, to five, six, seven, eight dollars a note. Here's a Ten Dollar Silver Certificate, it's probably worth, I'd pay ten or fifteen bucks for that. This is not expensive stuff. You see lots of it, and lots of people have this kind of material. Here's what's called an old Funny Back. So that's some of the U.S. stuff that we have. Now let me show you some of the old United States paper money from here, that we buy. Follow me over here. You'll see in this case here, I have anything from Civil War paper money, money that's what's called 'obsolete currency'. Old Large sized paper money, down in here. Right there. That's U.S. This is all paper money that is worth anywhere from five dollars a note, to hundreds of dollars a note. And I pay accordingly. If you'll notice that right here, this piece of money right here, that is Continental Currency from 1776, used by people like George Washington. So we have quite a selection, and we do buy all of this material. And the prices range all over the map, from rarity, to condition, and so on. Okay, now you've kind of see a smattering of what it is—paper money, there's just all kinds of it. We also deal in things, these are British Pounds that we buy for exchange, and sell for exchange. You're going to take a trip to England, you might want to come and see us. You can get the exchange rate here cheaper than you can in England. There's Euros. Swiss Francs. So, you can see that we do anything from old rare paper money, to exchangeable money. We also have certified paper money. This is world. This is expensive stuff. This note right here, I think this is highlighted in our website, I'm not sure, but this is about a five thousand dollar note. So we'll buy from the bottom, three-for-a-dollar junk for pennies, or we'll pay really, really good money for really really good old paper money. This is just a cool note. And—just because everybody likes to see him—when is the last time you saw a five hundred dollar bill? So come see us at A Village Stamp & Coin. If you have paper money, we'd be glad to help you out with the value of it, or purchase if from you. Thank you for coming by! Visit us at http://buysellgoldsilvercoins.com

BEST & WORST INVESTMENT BAGS: 9 Rules to avoid losing money

09:54
Since opening a luxury designer re-sale store I have come to realise the importance of making wise handbag purchasing decisions. I am the person that suggests how much to sell a pre owned bag for and have often had some very painful conversations with clients as they suddenly realise a bag that they have spent a considerable amount of money on is now worth a fraction of its original price. WHY? It is a similar situation to when you purchase a new car; the value of your handbag really does fall by 30% as soon as you drive it off the Harrods forecourt. If a second hand consumer is going to forgo the in store experience and guarantees of purchasing from a flagship store then they do want to make a considerable saving. With this in mind are there any major considerations to take into account when purchasing a new bag in order to minimise the loss you make when trying to re-sell it? Here are a few of my personal buying rules. WWW.TIMPANYS.COM Specialises in the sourcing and selling of preowned luxury designer goods by the worlds top fashion houses. What is PURCHASING POWER? What does PURCHASING POWER mean? PURCHASING POWER meaning & explanation

02:00
What is PURCHASING POWER? What does PURCHASING POWER mean? PURCHASING POWER meaning - PURCHASING POWER definition - PURCHASING POWER explanation. Source: Wikipedia.org article, adapted under https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ license. Purchasing power (sometimes retroactively called adjusted for inflation) is the number of goods or services that can be purchased with a unit of currency. For example, if one had taken one unit of currency to a store in the 1950s, it is probable that it would have been possible to buy a greater number of items than would today, indicating that one would have had a greater purchasing power in the 1950s. Currency can be either a commodity money, like gold or silver, or fiat money emitted by government sanctioned agencies. Most modern fiat currencies like US dollars are traded against each other and commodity money in the secondary market for the purpose of international transfer of payment for goods and services. As Adam Smith noted, having money gives one the ability to "command" others' labor, so purchasing power to some extent is power over other people, to the extent that they are willing to trade their labor or goods for money or currency. If one's monetary income stays the same, but the price level increases, the purchasing power of that income falls. Inflation does not always imply falling purchasing power of one's money income since it may rise faster than the price level. A higher real income means a higher purchasing power since real income refers to the income adjusted for inflation. Adam Smith used an hour's labour as the purchasing power unit, so value would be measured in hours of labour required to produce a given quantity (or to produce some other good worth an amount sufficient to purchase the same).

The 6 Dumbest Purchases I've Made In My 20's (so far)

10:21
These are my 6 worst purchases of my 20's (so far) My Vlogs/Interior Deisgn Scam: https://goo.gl/Cgn7C3 SUBSCRIBE for more: http://goo.gl/LPWD04 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I grew up in a middle class family, with an allowance of $5 a week for doing chores. I was just an average teenager who couldn’t fathom more than $100 at a time before blowing it on a shopping trip. Then I started youtube, and everything changed. My view counts grew and I began receiving checks from google for the ad revenue. They started small.. $150 my first month, $300 the next… but quickly began increasing and before I knew it I was a teenager making thousands of dollars a month. I was put in a unique financial situation, I’ve always made more than the average person my age. I prided myself in thinking I would always be so responsible with how I spend my money, but once you have it- it’s easy to lose control. As the checks became bigger and more frequent, you can see how it became easy to lose sense of the value of a dollar. I am thankful for the money that I have made and have saved a great deal of it, but along the way I of course made some mistakes. Today I want to share with you my worst purchases, and financial regrets. 1. The interior designer 2. Late fees on tickets 3. My Honda civic 4. One of the smartest things I did in my life was that I didn’t go and buy some exotic car like so many of these guys do when they get a little bit of money. I waited…and waited…and waited some more until I didn’t have to buy one and until it didn’t matter. I just got my financial statement in, the first 3 months of this year compared to last year—a double. Teaching Kids the Value of Money

02:39
Teaching children about money can be tricky, especially when talking to younger children. But it's never too early to start. It's important that children understand what money is, how it's earned, how's it's spent, and how to use it wisely. Financial literacy is an often overlooked subject in our public school systems, so, as parents, it's up to us to teach our children the basics of money management. Our Social Media Coordinator, Carly Cherry kicks off this 3-part "kids and money" series with part 1, Teaching Kids the Value of Money. Transcription: Welcome to Personal Finance 120 – information for managing your financial life in about 2 minutes. I’m Carly Cherry with Cambridge Credit Counseling. Today we’re going to discuss some of the best ways to teach your children about money. (On-screen graphic: What is money, and what does it do?) It’s never too early to start teaching, but if your child is very young, you may need to explain what money is. If the easiest way is to say that you give money to the cashier and they give you things, that’s fine. The concept of value can be taught through role-playing: use small bills and let your child take turns as customer and cashier, counting out the amount of each purchase. (On-screen graphic: How do you earn money?) Now you can begin to explain how money is earned. You can demonstrate this by having your child do small chores they don’t usually do, like setting the table or taking out the trash, and “paying” them a small amount of money for each task. It’s better to avoid paying for grades or behavior, which are expected to be good, but that rule isn’t set in stone. You want to avoid paying an allowance for chores your child already does. You don’t want them refusing to do chores because they think they have enough spending money at that particular moment. (On-screen graphic: How to use money wisely.) This next step is hard for some parents, but try and give your child the opportunity to spend their own money. Let them decide what’s worth their money and what isn’t. They’ll sometimes make decisions they regret, so don’t miss out on that teachable moment. Buyer’s remorse is one of many consequences they need to understand. (On-screen graphic: Needs vs. Wants) Identifying the differences between wants and needs is as challenging for children as it is for many adults. There are many things that adults find hard to cut out of their budget because they enjoy it too much. To introduce this concept of needs and wants, as you make your way through the grocery store, ask your child whether the family needs an item, or simply wants it. Explain to them that milk is something we need to be healthy, while cookies are something we don’t really need. (On-screen graphic: Borrowing Money: Credit and Debt) Teaching the concept of credit can derail your efforts if you’re not careful. Next time you’re in a store and you know your child doesn’t have their allowance with them - or when they’ve already spent it - if it’s reasonable, offer to let them borrow the money from you. Afterward, make sure they pay you back as soon as they have the money available. You don’t want them thinking you have a limitless supply of money they can tap into at any time.

What is surprising that everyone below is trying to sell old coins on this channel, very different from the purpose of informing and educating the people at large about the value of the currency and why it reflects a loss of purchasing power not fully captured in the official USDINR rate. HOW TO TEACH YOUR CHILDREN THE VALUE OF MONEY

03:26
Hello & Welcome to another Informative & helpful Video from Kidi Kingdom Child Care Centre. Today we are going to explain how to teach children, the value of money. Have you ever heard the saying, or said the words “money does not grow on trees” ? As a parent, I have said these words many times to my own children, and as a parent and an educator, I believe it important to start early, and teach the children the value of money. Some things that we do in the Pre-Prep room to develop children’s sense of money are: Play Games -: Introduce a grocery shop into our ‘home corner’ area. Where we label recyclable items with prices (e.g. milk containers, juice boxes, etc). We make “play” money with the children and distribute for purchase of goods in the grocery shop. We also, Sell our produce grown from our vegetable garden – create a stall where parents / carers make gold coin donations for purchase of fresh grown produce. It’s important to teach children needs, wants, and desires. Encourage children to save their money for something of Interest. Then Set goals, and work towards them. Other things that you could do at home to extend their understandings include: Open a bank account for your child, & when the statement arrives, let them open the mail, and get excited about seeing how much money they have in the bank. Buy a piggy bank – give children spare change to fill their piggy bank. Use regular shopping trips as opportunities to teach children the value of money. I trust this video has been informative, and if you have any questions, please feel free to call the centre and speak to one of our friendly & helpful staff. Smartly's Time Value of Money Part 2 — EarningPotential

04:34
Hi Everyone, it's Christina from Smartly, and I’m so glad you’re on board for this second video in my 3 part Mini Class examining the time value of money. Let’s charge ahead and look at the second reason that a dollar today is worth more than a dollar in the future. Earning potential. If you open your wallet and take out a dollar, it may seem limp, small or ineffective, but in fact that dollar is packed with potential, because of what you could do with it. You could invest that dollar in the stock market, buying ownership in corporations which are increasing in value and paying dividends to their owners. Sounds good. You could also purchase raw materials which can be combined and transformed into something that can be sold for so much more than your original investment. Think about what Luc Tuymans spends on paint and canvas versus the sale price of his paintings. That’s quite a return! or You could invest in a piece of equipment allowing you to offer a service that would create regular income. A dollar today can be used to make money, a lot more money than is drained away by inflation. The value of a dollar today comes not only from having a dollar, but having the time to do something with it. With that logic, if you flip it around you can see that getting a dollar in the future deprives you of the ability to make the money you would have made with a dollar today. The time value of money essentially recognizes a quantifiable monetary value to time. No one can predict the future, but if you want to get an idea of what time has in store for your investments, the future value equation is the best place to start. Writing it out you can see how the present value of your money, otherwise known as the principle — the interest rate — which is the average annual amount you’ll make on your money — and amount of time you hold the investment for, interact. For example if you have $100, and you’re able to invest it with an average annual increase of 7%, after 10 years you’ll have $200 bucks! You can think of present value, interest, and time as three independent levers you can pull to change the outcome of your investment. If you look at each independently you can see that time is the most effective tool at your disposal. Keeping Time and Interest rate constant you can see that changing the present value will have a linear effect on your results. Increasing the interest will begin to curve the line of our results graph upward and gaining momentum for your investment And just by Increasing the time your principle is invested super charges your results and gives the biggest boost to your future value. Bottom line is : more time = more money. Why is this useful? Now, equipped with an understanding of Inflation and Earning potential, you can easily assess the opportunity cost of your decisions. For example, if you have a chunk of money lying around and a friends asks “Can I borrow that? I’ll pay you back in 2 years” you may trust your friend to get the money back to you but you’ll be handing over, not just your cash, but 2 years of potential earnings -- and your money will come back to you devalued by inflation. As an alternative you could use that money to buy yourself a pizza delivery drone! Giving you a new stream of income, and a valuable piece of equipment you could later sell. Which sounds like the better move now? If this still seems like your making an apples to oranges comparison, Don’t worry. There’s a simple trick to add numbers to your options so you can easily weight the opportunity cost of every financial decision. And I’ll show you how in the next video.

Silver vs Paper Money - Ability to preserve purchasing power

07:15
Silver vs Paper Money - Ability to preserve purchasing power _World Governments Prepare Stealth Capital Controls as International Money flows Tighten JPMorgan, by far the largest naked short-seller in the gold market, and proxy for the New World Order, which in turn is the leader of all Western governments, declared open war against the precious metals, [PMs]. Who were the losers? Those who built a "house" of paper. For months, we have been strongly and unabatedly advocating the purchase only of physical gold and silver, "with impunity," and "at any price." We have also advised not to buy futures. Those in futures lost their hopes for the future of their paper holdings. They played into the come-into-my-web premise fostered by the manipulators of the paper markets. There has been a very cogent reason for the repeated warning, If you do not hold it, you do not own it. Everyone gets to make choices, and everyone has to take the responsibility for those choices. For those who chose paper, it has been an expensive lesson It is crucial that the buyers and holders of physical gold and silver stay the course. What has been the purpose of the gold and silver smackdown? It is the destruction of any belief that gold and silver have value.Look at the above chart, again. Who has been the only winner in the battle between fiat and other paper holdings vs physical holdings? It has been that way for over 5,000 years, and it ain't going to change this year or next. Not only should you stay the course in holding the physical, you should continue to buy more! Price does not matter!!! Yes, the price of gold and silver dropped to $1,320 and $22 low, but you -- could not buy any at that level. What little was available before nothing became available was subject to sharply increased premiums. How much longer does anyone think that governments will continue to offer gold and silver coins for sale? Governments, directed by the NWO, do not want any competition to their fiat. None! The end game for fiat is drawing to a close, but until that happens, governments are forcing people into paper as much as they can before that paper house of cards collapses. Just take a look at the paper-value-driven stock markets. The Fed is keeping interest rates low for the sole purpose of giving easy money to bolster the entirely insolvent banking cartel. With no returns on interest-bearing financial instruments, the only alternative it the stock market, by government design. The Fed is feeding whatever amounts of paper banks want to keep propping up the markets. Like every other paper-driven "asset," those markets will also collapse. 2008 was your first and only warning of what can, and will happen.

Stock Valuation Tutorial in 3 Easy Steps: Stock Value, Valuing Stocks, Finance Stock Valuation

09:42
Clicked here http://www.MBAbullshit.com/ and OMG wow! I'm SHOCKED how easy.. How valuable is a share of stock? How much is the fair value of a share? Simply how much must you accurately be inclined to purchase a stock? In principle, the value in a share of stock depends on any one of the following: 1) Book Value or Net Asset Value, 2) Net Present Value of our stock's cash flow (as a part of firm returns), and 3) Net Present Value of your share's dividends. With regard to the first method earlier mentioned, it is crucial to realize the book value in a business enterprise's assets could be not the same as the market value. Market value is founded on what real people are proposing to purchase assets, but book value is influenced by purchase price less depreciation; based upon using generally accepted accounting principles. For instance, a company might have a building and autos which were constructed and attained at an expenditure of 1 million dollars. Having said that, on account of depreciation, accountants establish that the assets at this recent time are valued at only $700,000. Moreover, the company carries debt of $100,000. Consequently, the net asset value of this company is $600,000. If ever the company has 1,000 outstanding shares of stock, then each share of stock would have a net asset value of $600. With this, using the first technique, the value of our aforementioned stock is $600. With regard to net present value on the stock's earnings as a share of company earnings, we are able to principally just say that stock value is driven by present value of the total number of future earnings, which can be then dependent to some sizable extent around the net present value calculation. In this case, if ever the net present value of all of our stock's long run returns is established as being $500, then our second method would signify that $500 is the fair value of our stock, whether or not it is actually lower than the net asset value of $600 as discovered at the beginning technique previously mentioned. Lastly, let's take a look at employing the net present value of the stock's dividends. Contrary to valuing a stock by acquiring the net present value of earnings, we get hold of the worth of the stock by acquiring the net present value of dividends, many times with regard to cash dividends. Why dividends versus earnings? To some owners or shareholders, it does not really matter how much a company earns, if the business enterprise does not ultimately give away the cash to the owners. Because there are alternative approaches on stock valuation, dissimilar professionals maintain their personal choice regarding which technique is most appropriate... depending on their personal unique orientations. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGoKkmBgB_Q http://mbabullshit.com/blog/stock-valuation-in-27-minutes-valuing-stocks/

Margin Buying Basics | by Wall Street Survivor

02:11
What is buying on margin? Learn more at: https://www.wallstreetsurvivor.com Opening a margin account allows you to trade on borrowed money. You have to open up a margin account when shorting stocks because you’re borrowing the stock rather than purchasing it. In order to maintain a margin account, you must have collateral to assure the broker that he’ll get his money back. Collateral is something (in this case money) that the borrower gives the lender as protection in case he fails to pay back what he owes. Initial margin: You must keep a minimum amount of your own money in the margin account when you sell the borrowed stock. The usual requirement is 150% of the value of the short sale. Maintenance margin: This is where the risk comes in. You must also maintain a minimum amount of money in the account depending on the current value of the stock you shorted As the price goes up, the maintenance margin requirement goes up, and you’ll need to add more and more money to your account. This is known as a margin call. Money #3 - Store of Value

01:23
VOICE NARRATOR: Previously we saw the functions of money to be the medium of exchange and the unit of account. It is also a store of value. What does the basic idea look like, in a flowchart language? Starting from barter, we saw that money imitates the exchange value. Now let's flip it sideways to start a chain: We see that money extends the specialization of goods, while it can store part of the gains from trade. You can hold onto it, and spend it later. You can wait until you have enough to buy something big. You can save it in a bank, which lends it to a business for investment, and you can earn interest on that. So, the "standard of deferred payments" is sometimes called the fourth function of money. Money is a store of value, but it has no value in itself. It may lose value. For example, if we quickly double the amount of money in the whole economy, it will not double the amount of goods and services, it will double the prices. This is called inflation and if it is rapid, it is harmful. We will study inflation later, in macroeconomics.
