Eleven Canadians teachers provide over one thousand videos and lessons with different topics and levels, at the end of the lesson you can check up your understanding with a quiz. A special thanks to Max for her exellent work and relevant suggestions...Keep on doing... Regards

Hi Max! Donut worry is just a name or an expression! Can you explain it if it has another meaning!
English with Max (1 year ago)
It's a play on words ;). "Donut worry" sounds a bit like "don't worry".
Alfonso Rivera (1 year ago)
Great material as always! As I'm into photography, I'd like to recommend three youtube channels that I like a lot: The British one is Negative Feedback, very technical but brilliant, then the American one of Matt Day, which is maybe the one that covers more different topics and finally the one from Azriel Knight, a Canadian guy who really does a great job at making fantastic reviews on cameras and photographic grear.
Alfonso Rivera (1 year ago)
Yes, I love that name too!
English with Max (1 year ago)
Thanks, Alfonso! I admit I don't know much about photography (I can barely operate the camera I use to film my videos ;)), but YouTube really does cater to all interests. I love the name Negative Feedback!

Hi! Sorry for my slow reply. I sent you a message with the links via YouTube. (It's nothing personal, but I just prefer not to use email for privacy/security reasons.) If you haven't used messages on YouTube before, go to "Creator Studio", then "Community", then "Messages". https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/57955?hl=en

Hi Max. My favourite way to improve my English skills is to connect every day with "Doulingo". What is your opinion about his? Someone say that it's good for maintenance but not really for to enhance the level of knowledge. Could you give me your two cents? It's always a pleasure to watch your videos.
English with Max (1 year ago)
Hi! I'm a fan of Duolingo (I used it to start learning Italian). But I think it has some limitations. I think it's good for getting a basic understanding of how a language works, and then as maintenance, like you said. However, it doesn't offer much listening or speaking practice, and the vocabulary it a little limited. Anyway, that's my two cents ;). I'm glad you like my videos!

There are so many materials to enhance listening skill. I prefer these podcasts: Effortless English, Lets Master English, All Ears English, EnglishAnyone videos on youtube. But you also need to listen audio from natives to natives. I do like see reviews to Android phones in my language, and I do like to see them on english. Choose what you like.
English with Max (1 year ago)
Thanks for your comment! I've heard of a couple of those. Yes, I think Drew from EnglishAnyone does some excellent listening practice. And it's a great idea to watch YouTube videos that interest you in English :). I'm doing a video on that soon!

Hi, Max. Thank for your useful recommendations. You are absolutely right in suggesting to listen what we LIKE. I do like listening to your lessons. To be honest, not only yours. But your ones are in my 'top 3' (pls correct)
English with Max (1 year ago)
Thanks again! And I'm flattered to be in your top 3 :). With (only minor) corrections: Hi Max, Thanks for your useful recommendations. You are absolutely right in suggesting listening to what we LIKE. I do like listening to your lessons. To be honest, not only yours. But yours are in my 'top 3'. (pls correct) NB: You hear lots of people say "your ones", "my one(s)", etc., but I don't believe it's grammatically correct. In any case, using mine/yours/his/hers etc. sounds "nicer" ;).
