Hi AWGamer! 😊 The player is allowed to request whatever denominations they want when they change $500 with the dealer. If you request certain denominations, the dealer should be accommodating and give that request to you. If the player don't say anything, then as a dealer, I would give you one stack of red (20 chips of $5 = $100), $300 in greens (12 chips = $300 in green), and 2 black (2 chips = $200).
